I have Keratoconus and terrified of putting contact lenses in, any suggestions? - putting in contact lenses

What makes it more difficult than I need on a hard or soft contact lenses.

Yes, they have a little bit insertion and removal techniques.

But the most important things are to be feared, and reduce the trust.

I feel for you, I had the laser eye surgery and I had almost Dr. nuts. I do not know how someone playing with me. Personally I would not use because they have contacts vessels, but not much fun.
