Can I install mac software to FAT32 drives like USB Flashdisk or External HDD? - flashdisk
For example, I install the game on the hard disk. I wonder if this is possible or not.

You should be able to do so. Some programs insist that is installed on the Macintosh HD, but most of them can be undertaken elsewhere. Like most Mac programs are independent (which you simply drag the application icon in your Applications folder), you can put them everywhere.
