I have an antique mantle clock with a loose hour hand which sometimes unexpectedly drops. How can I fix this? - antique mantle clocks

The hour hand is positioned normally at about 2 or 3 clock in the afternoon. It is generally well until I try to wind the clock. Then, little vibration, or, as in the bass, alternating, sometimes all the way till 6! If anyone knows about these things, undoubtedly appreciate some advice.
